Scientific Video

Videos on any aspect of ophthalmic surgery will be considered 
 

1. If you are submitting more than one abstract, they must be submitted separately.

2. Carefully follow all instructions on the abstract submission form.

3. Complete all the required fields. Failure to do so will result in your abstract not being successfully submitted.

4. Complete each author’s full name. Include the correct address, and mobile number, and email address, hospital, and organization of the first author.

5. All abstracts must be in English.

6. A notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the first author. The presenter’s name in the program will also be the first author. Please ensure that you include the first author’s correct contact informationز

8. Make sure to insert the video link during the abstract submission. The absence of a video link will prevent your abstract from being evaluated.

9. Submitted abstracts must be structured as follows:

• Title: It may not exceed 60 characters. Please use title field when entering your title (use both upper-case and lower-case letters as appropriate).

• The body may not exceed 800 characters. It must have a structured layout that includes the objective or purpose, methods, results, and conclusion.

• The video must include the title and be narrated in English.

• The total duration of the video, including the title and credits, must not exceed 8 minutes.
   

Important Notes:

• Include Senior Author contact information and a correct email address.

• Include Conflict of Interest disclosure and permission to record.

• Include Co-author(s) contact information.

• Carefully follow the instructions for abstract submission.

• Complete all the required fields.

• Abstracts must not have been presented at the previous Saudi Ophthalmology Symposium.
